We believe that every nation should have a vision which will stir the imagination and inspire all segments of the society to strive for greater achievement. A good national vision encompasses the roles and responsibilities of different pillars of the state, such as Central, State and Local governments, the public and private sector organizations, the small and medium enterprises, not for profit organizations, etc. One such vision was envisaged by Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam in his book ‘India 2020 – A Vision for the New Millennium’.
The conference aims to identify the entrepreneurial opportunities and management challenges faced across a spectrum of areas to be addressed in order to achieve the vision. Academicians from various disciplines and Industry experts are welcome to present their research work highlighting these opportunities and challenges. Researchers may also explore specific areas and conduct a gap analysis with regards to where we are vis-à-vis where we ought to be.
