Moti Lal Rastogi School of Management is an autonomous organization registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860. The primary objective of the institute is to serve the industrial sector of the country in various fields of Management. The goal of the institute is to impart training to personnel in the managerial fields in order to enable them to bear higher responsibilities in the Public and Private sectors by way of providing continuing educational facilities holding Conferences, Meetings, Discussions, Seminars etc.
Moti Lal Rastogi School of Management was established in the year 1998 to produce professional managers for Indian Business & Industry. The Institute is approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD Govt. of India, New Delhi and affiliated to U.P. Technical University, Lucknow & offers Two Year Full Time MBA programme aimed to facilitates practical knowledge for potential management aspirants.

PROGRAMME:
The Institute offers Two Years Full Time MBA Programme ( Master of Business Administration ) approved by AICTE, Ministry
of HRD GOI, New Delhi and Affiliated to U.P. Technical University, Lucknow
Eligibility : Bachelors degree of minimum three years in any discipline from a recognized University. The admission is
made through Combined Entrance Test (UPSEE) being conducted by state government. However, the institute take 15% admission through MAT as per U.P. Technical University norms.

Facilities:
Computer Centre
Institute has a state of Art Computer Lab with 180 Computers on Local Area Computer Network (LAN) which helps students in gathering relative information from global resources and prepares them with a framework to build their knowledge.
Library
Library of the Institute stocks rich collection of over 15000 selected learning resources in the discipline of management and related areas and provides value added services using the latest information technology.
Cafeteria Institute’s Cafeteria offers variety of snacks and food prepared under hygienic ambience and are available to the student at reasonable rates.
Sports
The institute is continuously indulged to foster sporting sprit among the students. The Institute has provided facilities for sports including Indoor facilities of Carrom, Chess Table tennis, and outdoor facilities of Badminton, Football,
Basketball & Cricket etc.
Hostel
Hostels are well equipped with the living needs of the students. They may arrange their catering by joining hostel mess or Institute Canteen on the subsidized rates.
Transportation
The Institute provides bus facility on payment with a defined routes for the students from Hostel to the campus.

MDP
The Institute excels in organizing Management Development Programmes for industries and organizations. We believe that the focus of the institute is not only to train fresh buds, however we trust and believe in training industry
professionals, in different work arena and streams. We tab upon areas of Human Resource, Marketing and customer orientation, which enhances the work style of professionals. We understand the fact that certain areas in the corporate context needs continuous up gradation  and renovation, Hence with this believe we regularly organize Management Development Programmes in a regular process.

customize to their demands.
FDP
The Institute designs its Faculty Development Programme so as to enhance the professional competence of the  faculty working in B- School of India with the advance teaching techniques.
SEMINARS
Institute designs programmes that are Innovative, effective & immediately relevant. Institute has been organizing
conferences & seminars which aim to deliberate upon issues related to management and related areas to give the
opportunities to students and industry professionals for knowledge upgradation.

RADIANCE:-
Annual Cultural Fest: – Cultural programmes are an intrinsic part of our life and help us to display our culture and values. Moreover these events help students to cope with future challenges in work – place.With this spirit we organize our annual cultural management fest Radiance once in a year which provides a platform where different kind of students belonging to different backgrounds share the same stage and show their talents.
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY :-
Social welfare is the product and the instrument of man’s inherent dependence for his survival and his well being on the help of other people. Keeping This view in mind institute is also indulged in promoting social awareness programmes for women and children of rural areas.
Women Empowerment Programme: –
Our focus is mainly to build awareness and motivating them to keep their morale high and to make themselves self
sustainable. In this direction we regularly conduct engagement programmes to increase the self reliance and autonomy of women by enhancing their productivity and enabling them to take up income generation activities.      
Health Camps: –
We frequently conduct health awareness programme for children of rural areas with the aim of empowering them by
improving their nutritional and health status.
Career Counseling Camps: –
Career Counseling Camps are organized to provide career guidance through question answer sessions for clarifying their queries.
Certificate Course in Management & Computer Science: –
In this course, candidates are trained in job oriented trades such as basics of computer and communication skills, which is now mandatory part of any work environment. No fee is charged for clarifying their queries.
Training:
Round the year the Institute practices many training programs for the students, where they experience direct company interface. As a part of placement activity the students are send for Summer Internship or Live Projects at the end of each academic year, which constitutes an integral part of the curriculum and is valued for the exposure it provides. The Institute also organizes pre-placement training like:-

  1. Group Discussion & Aptitude test for appearing in personal interview.
  2. Mock Interview sessions.
  3. Personality Development classes.
  4. Soft Skills Training.

Placement:The College provides Placements both in campus and off campus. Round the year varied placement activities are commenced. We organize job fairs out of station, mainly porting Delhi, Jaipur, Dehradun, Indore, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Bangalore, Hyderabad. The track record of placements in the institute has been very satisfactory. All the pass outs were absorbed in public, private and MNCs.
