All classrooms in the campus have a capacity of 60, and are well spacious. In addition, Unnati
Management College has well equipped seminar hall and conference hall for various programmes.
Library of an Institute creates & act’s as a repository of information that supports the educational and research needs. It facilitates learning & advancement of knowledge. It strives relentlessly for enhancement of quality of services for maximizing user satisfaction. The Library has been primarily designed to meet the requirements of the Institute’s academic programmers. It is an integrated part of our resources of learning in the field of Management and Technology. In fact, it is the lifeline for the academic activities of the institute.
The college has spacious well-stocked modern library, available to the students and faculty. The library provides unique feature of Book Bank facility through which each student gets requisite books for all subjects according to academic requirements of different semesters. This facility is in addition to his/her entitlement of books issued on the library cards.
The Library has approx. 3,000 volumes of books and 20 (National) & 10 (International) journals. Books are classified according to Dewey Decimal classification scheme and are cataloged according to Anglo American Cataloging rules II, with local variation.
The automated library uses computerization for circulation of books and browsing of journals. A user is provided single bar-coded identity card and bar coding of books is in process. In-house functions like acquisition, cataloging and circulation are automated using the Libyans automation software.
Separate hostel accommodation is available for boys and girls. Each room is adequately furnished and located at a place, which is conducive for studies. Food is being served from the mess managed by the institution.
The Institute recognizes that a major concern of all students is the availability and the quality of accommodation. At present, hostel facility is available to all students on first cum first serve basis, separately for girls and boys on shared accommodation. The Hostel rooms are Air cooled having provision for entertainment that includes television facility, indoor and outdoor facility like swimming, Basket ball, etc.
The management is aware of importance of security & safety of the students. There is adequate arrangement of security personnel, transport vehicle, medical facilities etc. to meet the contingencies and providing safety. The Boys hostel are available in college campus building.
The Department has well qualified faculty, mostly with postgraduate degrees from college of repute. Many of the faculty members have industrial background that ensures a right mix of practical and theoretical knowledge being imparted to the students.
The state-of-the-art Computer Centre and its supporting laboratories have array of approx 50 high end latest configuration computers which are capable of constant development of various applications with high speed data processing in LAN and WAN, Wi-Fi environment supported by client-server computing facility. The carious servers & software’s i.e. MSDNAA, NT4.1/Windows Server 2003-2008, Red hat Linux 7.2, Win-Proxy, SCO UNIX, PWS, IIS, MS-SQL Server-2009, etc. with the Koreros authentication satisfies the requirements. The department also manages internet connectivity of the UMC. The internet facility is available on all the computer s of the campus, obtained through 1 Mbps Internet Connection through BSNL link Internet facility is available 24 x 7 round the clock in the campus through Wi-Fi. Technology. OHP slide projectors and other digital multimedia audio & video equipment’s. It is also equipped with a wide range of licensed system & application software’s. Instructors are available for assisting students in planning and implementing their projects.
The College has deluxe buses for conveyance of students from off-campus hostels to the college and back.
All students make use of the college transport or stay in the hostel. Private vehicles like two-wheelers and cars are not permitted, in order to prevent accidents and late-comers to college.
All the buses reach the campus before 8:30 a.m. so that students and faculty can have their get ready to attend the classes at 9:00 a.m. The buses leave the campus at 5:00 pm, which helps students to reach home early and safe.
The Students are asked to come to the boarding point, 10 minutes before the time indicated.
The bus facility is also available for the days-scholars having pick points from Farah, Mathura. The bus route is punctually maintained providing comfort and eliminating inconvenience.
The college offers transport facility from all parts of the city helping students to reach college in time with nominal Bus fee. The institute has its own buses to provide an excellent transport facility to the students.
Almost every student of Unnati Management College has or cultural activities opportunity round the year to develop her/his sports or cultural talent.
Inter departmental and college team events and individual events/competitions are organized annually for all the boys and girls of Unnati Management College.
Keeping in view the importance of sports in today’s scientific era and its vitality in shaping overall personality and “health & fitness” of the individual, the college lays considerable emphasis on students participation in various games, sports and track and field activities.
The spacious grounds of the college are laid out into play fields for cricket, handball, volleyball, badminton etc. Facilities have also been provided for yoga, wrestling and kabaddi.
A qualified doctor pays regular visit to the college for routine check up and also for medicals examination of the students and prescribing medicines for the sick/injured students.
A qualified lady doctor is also available for routine checkup and attending to any medical problem of the girl students. First-aid kits and essential medicines for common ailments is also maintained in the campus.
Local doctor is available during the college hours. However, a full fledged first aid centre with a dedicated assistant is functioning in the campus to attend to the needy. The college has also made arrangements with doctors to attend emergency cases at all times.
In professional institutions placement plays a pivotal role. The students want to make sure that they can be placed reasonably well on completion of the professional course. The management is well aware of the fact and takes all steps required for assisting the students in quality placement for student passing out from these institutions. Campus Visits of reputed organization are being regularly organized for inter action with the students (for ascertaining their employability) and conducting interviews.
For holistic growth and enhanced employability, personality development classes are being held regularly by qualified professionals. Appropriate & adequate modules are being adopted & taught for-over all growth of the student.
